Subject: Is there any way I can stop time wasting without snooping on my employees
I have many offices, and therefore make visits to a different one each day. In one, my manager has mentioned to me that some employees are wasting time playing games when they should be working. He wants to use theNetAngel to monitor them more closely and have proof when it comes to confronting them about the problem. I, however have moral issues with the use of monitoring software...
Is there any other way i can control this issue without having to be "Big Brother?"
I cannot be at this office more than once a week, and so cannot control it myself.

My main way of monitoring Net use is by walking around and watching, and I've told my five employees that if they don't shape up, I'll unplug all their Net connections and set up one computer in her office for supervised access. I don't want to do that, but if I have to, I will!
I am also considering this monitoring software, the profitability of my business is at stake. But I want to try out my 'manual' method of monitoring first, before taking up stronger methods.

Just thought I'd save you the time and effort of manually monitoring your employees! It doesnt work, your employees will just get annoyed at you for wandering around behind them to check up on them.
That IS invasion of privacy to them and they will rebel by using every free oportunity to waste time even more.
You need to confront the problem; either sit your employees down and tell them that you are aware that they play games, and surf the web on your time, and unless it stops, you will punish them.
Or, the safer option, get a monitoring software like theNetAngel, and tell them that you will be monitoring them. They are likely to accept this, as it is so common nowadays, and quickly shape up, so that they won't face the embarresment of you finding out what they have been getting up to on their computers all this time!
