that informed me that companies are at risk of prosecution and even jail sentences if illegal content such as porn is found on the computer systems. We, as managers have to prove that we have taken reasonable steps to stop illegal material from being stored on our systems.
I have now decided to start using theNetAngel to monitor employees and check that they are not looking at porn on company computers. The use of monitoring software was out of the question for me due to moral issues, before I read this article. But now, fearing for more than just a few hours worth of lost time due to time wasting, I am using theNetAngel to protect our company from legal action. And I recommend that you all do the same.
